2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

- Service delivered as described in the SLA: If the proxy service functions according to our Service Level Agreement, the order is not eligible for refund.
- Expired proxy plan: No refunds will be issued for services past their expiration date.
- Internet issues from third-party providers: We are not responsible for issues related to your ISP, network latency, or connection speed.
- Software incompatibility on the client side: We are not liable for compatibility issues with third-party or custom client software used to access our proxy services.
3. PROXY REPLACEMENT FEATURE
In rare cases where a proxy is non-functional upon initial delivery, we provide a replacement feature as follows:
- You must report the non-working proxy within 60 seconds of first use.
- Our technical team will verify the issue promptly.
- If the proxy is confirmed to be non-operational, we will issue a free replacement proxy.
- Each proxy can be replaced only once to avoid abuse.
Note: This is not a refund, but a courtesy replacement to ensure our service meets expectations.
4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have any complaints or disputes related to the service or wish to request a refund, please contact:
