2. Prohibited uses

You may not use any service activated with a code purchased from TradeProxy.vn for any of the following purposes:

• Fraud, misappropriation of property, identity impersonation, or creating fraudulent websites (phishing).
• Unauthorised access, DDoS attacks, distribution of malware, or any intrusion into another party's systems.
• Unlawful collection, sale, or exchange of personal data, bank account details, or payment card information.
• Taking over, selling, or otherwise exploiting third-party user accounts without authorisation.
• Spreading false information, content that harms national security, pornographic content, or child sexual abuse material.
• Unlawful gambling or money laundering.
• Sending spam, mass-creating fake accounts, or otherwise breaching the terms of any platform you access.
• Reselling or transferring activation codes to third parties without our prior written consent.

You bear full legal responsibility for how and why you use the service. If your conduct exposes TradeProxy.vn to a complaint, penalty, or loss, you are required to indemnify us for the resulting damages and reasonable costs.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Activation codes are supplied on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty regarding matters under the upstream provider's control, including:

• Proxy speed, latency, or uptime.
• IP addresses being blocked, blacklisted, or restricted by any website or third-party platform.
• The ability to reach any particular website or geographic region.
• The upstream provider changing its policies, or suspending or terminating its service.

We do not monitor your traffic and have no technical means of controlling it. We are therefore not liable for any violation committed by you through the service.

In all cases, TradeProxy.vn's total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the dispute.

4. Payment and refunds

• Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Codes are delivered electronically to your account or registered email address.
• Because these are digital goods, codes that have been delivered or activated cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded — except where a code is faulty and reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence (screenshot and order number).
• We do not accept payment in cryptocurrency.

5. Data and cooperation with authorities

We retain registration details and transaction records for reconciliation and complaint handling. Where we receive a lawful written request from a competent Vietnamese state authority, we will provide the relevant information in accordance with applicable law.

6. Handling of violations

If we identify, or receive a substantiated complaint about, a breach of Section 2, we may suspend your account, deactivate the relevant activation codes, and refuse further service, without refund.

7. Changes to these terms and dispute resolution

We may update these terms and will publish any update on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
