• 2.2. The Services are provided as-is and may be modified, upgraded, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Article 3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

3.1. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Sending spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the network.

3.3. Any violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal liability.

Article 4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

4.1. All purchases on TradeProxy.net are final. Once a proxy is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4.2. In cases where a proxy is non-functional, you may request a free replacement within 60 seconds of first use by contacting support.

4.3. Refunds are not granted under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Account suspension due to illegal activity.
• Expired IP packages.
• Issues caused by third-party ISPs or incompatible client software.

Article 5. Data Protection and Privacy

• 5.1. We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 5.2. We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access.

Article 6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on TradeProxy.net are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• 6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Article 7. Termination
